Heather Renee Yocum

Heather Renee Yocum, born on July 1, 1987, entered eternal rest on June 3, 2025. She was a beacon of kindness and compassion in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Heather’s unique ability to make everyone around her feel welcome and valued was truly remarkable, reflecting her caring nature and genuine spirit.

An adventurous soul at heart, Heather found immense joy in traveling alongside her fiancé, Chad Jones. Together, they embarked on many journeys, creating cherished memories as they explored new places and broadened their horizons. Heather was passionately dedicated to living her life to the fullest, always striving to accomplish her goals, advocating for animals, and checking items off her bucket list.

Heather is survived by her loving parents, Duff and Cherri Yocum, her brother, Taylor Yocum, her soon-to-be husband, Chad Jones, and her cherished furbaby, Arya Yocum. She leaves behind a host of family members and her village of friends who will continue to honor her memory through the love and kindness she imparted to them.

Though her time with us was far too short, Heather's legacy of compassion and adventure will forever remain in our hearts. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

The family has decided to keep all services private. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
