Herbert A. Wolf Jr., a true legend, passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on July 13, 1933, in St. Louis, Missouri, Herbert lived a life characterized by humor, pride, and a deep love for his family.

A skilled cement finisher, Herbert owned and operated his own business, K&W Concrete, where he was respected not only for his craftsmanship but also for his unwavering commitment to excellence in every project he undertook. His work ethic mirrored the pride he held for his family, of which he was a proud husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Herbert served honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean War aboard the USS Brinkley Bass, a testament to his commitment to service and country. Upon returning to civilian life, Herbert continued to make significant contributions through his coaching endeavors. He guided young athletes as a coach for NYA football and Khoury League Softball, instilling values of teamwork and perseverance in the youth he mentored.

Surrounded by a loving family, Herbert was known for his infectious sense of humor and the joy he brought to those around him. He dedicated much of his time to cherished pastimes, including watching and discussing sports, soaking up the sun in relaxation, and enjoying fishing excursions.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Bunny Wolf; three daughters, Penny (Ken) Hagan, Kelly Pugh, and Kristy Cowling; two sons, Herb (Sylvia Cowling) Wolf III and Rand (Diane) Wolf; and a son-in-law Dave Cowling; twelve grandchildren, including Tara Pugh, Sean (Kristel) Hagan, Brandi (RaShad) Boone, Eric (Abbie) Pugh, Jakob (Christina) Hagan, Adam (Kim) Hagan, Kyle Hagan, Karly Cowling, Cherylle Wilson, Rand Wolf, Jr., Danielle Wolf, and Austin Wolf; twenty great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends who will forever remember his spirit and laughter.

Herbert is preceded in death by his father, Herbert Alfred Wolf, Sr., and mother, Mildred Wolf.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during visitation on November 11, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri. The visitation will commence at 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 PM, and a second visitation from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Herbert A. Wolf Jr. will be fondly remembered for his contributions to his family, community, and the legacy of love and laughter he leaves behind.
