It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James Neal Morrison V, who left this world on March 14, 2026, in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Born on February 27, 1997, in Chesterfield, Missouri, James embodied a life marked by resilience, dedication, exploration, and creativity.
James had several jobs throughout his life, but no matter where he worked, he worked hard. Because of this, he frequently found himself in leadership positions, and was working up to 60 hours a week at his last job.
Beyond his professional achievements, James was a man of many passions. He loved film, especially Marvel, and would spend countless hours editing clips from the movies he was watching. He was also fascinated with Greek Mythology, with one of the highlights of his life being his cruise to Greece, where he also visited Turkey and Croatia. James also had a natural gift for music, beginning with violin and trombone, and ending with singing and guitar. Those who knew James were touched by his selflessness, compassion, and unyielding determination. A fighter by nature and a practical joker at heart, he brought light and laughter to the lives around him. James is lovingly remembered by his father Jim (Tracy) Morrison IV, his mother Beth Hamilton, his brother Reuben Morrison, and his grandparents Jim Morrison III and Karen Morrison, as well as Janice Whitt and Michael Whitt. He also leaves behind many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold his memory dear. He was preceded in death by his uncle Brandon Whitt and many cherished great-grandparents.To honor James’s life and legacy.
