Jean M. Phillips

Jean Marie Phillips, age 71, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri after suffering a severe stroke. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 18,1952 to William and Betty Nichols (nee Score).

Jean was an avid sports fan, particularly Cardinals baseball. She was a skilled vocalist who was a member of several cover bands and used her gift to serve in the church choir. She also loved spending time attending her grandchildren's sports and dance activities. Jean was a faithful servant of the Lord, and was always eager to help others in times of need.

Jean is survived by her husband of 51 years, Larry; daughter, Angie (Lawrence "Chip") Behymer; son, Greg (Ali) Phillips; seven grandchildren, Alisa Behymer, Lucas Behymer, Dakota Phillips, Austyn Phillips, Kylie Behymer, Ireland Phillips, Leeland Phillips; sister, Mary Flacke; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Nichols; mother, Betty Nichols; sister, Nancy Robbins; brother, William Nichols, Jr.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 16, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Additional visitation time will be held the following morning, Monday, April 17, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Living Lord Lutheran Church, located at 500 Cedar Circle Dr., Lake St. Louis, Missouri 63367, with a funeral ceremony immediately following at 11:00 a.m.
