John Edward Dinnella, a cherished soul known for his infectious spirit and remarkable achievements, passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 41. Born on November 13, 1983, John was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend, whose exemplary presence touched the hearts of many.
In his career, John excelled in sales, continually emerging as the number one performer on his team. His dedication and tenacity were reflected not only in his professional accomplishments but also in his unwavering passion for life. A notable highlight of his journey included a celebrated BMX career, where he once attained the prestigious title of being number one in both districts and the nation. Watching him compete was a spectacle, and he brought the same energy and enthusiasm to all areas of his life.
John's charisma was undeniable; he possessed a smile that could illuminate the darkest of rooms and a sense of humor that drew laughter from those around him, even in challenging moments. Described as charming and endearing, John had an innate ability to make everyone feel valued and appreciated. His fashion sense was of his own, he could put on anything and make it work especially if the color was red, and his vibrant energy became a palpable force in any gathering.
Among his many interests, John held a love for cooking. He was a huge fan of The St. Louis Cardinals, he loved a good car ride with music bumping as loud as it could go, his greatest joy came from riding his bike, an activity that brought him peace and exhilaration in equal measure.
John's family was a fundamental part of his life. He leaves behind a beloved daughter, Hailie Simmerman, a devoted mother, Judith Wisniewski. He is also survived by his deceased grandparents, Stephany and John Wisniewski, as well as his siblings; Kenny, Debbie, Keith Sr. (Diane), Tricia (Phillip), and Amanda. John was a proud uncle to his nieces and nephews; Ashley, Jaime, Christopher, Tony, Taylor, Madison, Alex, Kylie, Keith, Kevin, Gabbi, and Katie and his legacy continues through them, as well as through great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
He will be deeply missed, yet his memory will forever resonate in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known him. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation and memorial events that will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, MO, on August 29, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the funeral service starting at 5:00 PM.
