Karen Marie Phelps, 69, passed away on the morning of September 13, 2023, following her three-year battle with Alzheimer's disease. Karen is survived by her six children: Sarah Nett, Katie Pendergast, Matthew Phelps, Nathan Phelps, Stephen Phelps, Allison Phelps and nine grandchildren: Andrew Braden, Logan, Kyle, Charlie, Addy, Sam, Jeremiah, and Lucas.
Karen enjoyed watching her go-to comfort movies (has anyone else seen Pitch Perfect 74 times?), fearing inclement weather (i.e., anything more than a slight drizzle), and most of all, antiquing (all seriousness here.)
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of condolences, please send any donations to Smile Train/Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation/Alzheimer's Association.
