It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kyle Brandon McBrayer, who left this world on March 21, 2026, in Saint Charles, Missouri. Born on September 19, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Kyle lived a life full of hope and passion, touching the hearts of all who knew him.
Kyle was a beloved son of Tiffanie Holcomb and Scott McBrayer, cherished brother to Tyler and Clayton McBrayer. He was also a treasured nephew to Stephanie (Don) Hulsey and a dear grandson to Helga Cotner. His family ties extended to his uncle Jeff Cotner, all of whom hold his memory close.
During his life, Kyle displayed a profound love with a big heart that always had room for anyone. He was everyone's biggest fan. His way of shifting the spotlight away from himself and onto the the people he loved and looked up to was always something that made you feel special. Kyle would always be the one to notice the small details or achievements and magnify them to build up your confidence, encouraging you to keep doing the things you love. Kyle loved to make others laugh and smile, whether through spontaneous phrases and silly faces inspired by his brother Tyler, or jokes he wrote down to share with his brother Clayton. He loved the game of baseball, especially his St. Louis Cardinals, and his knowledge of baseball analytics was, nonetheless, impressive. Every year he would make his World Series predictions, seal it up in an envelope, give it to Mom and wait out the season to see how crazy accurate he was. He loved his music loud, always so eager to share that with his friends and family, as he would curate playlists for every person in his life for any specific moment in time. He dreamed big and always wanted to do his best. With any obstacle brought his way, he'd be sure to make it a priority to overcome as long as it made his loved ones happy. Kyle was taken from this life on earth far too soon. His departure leaves an unfillable void, yet his spirit and the memories shared will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have known him.
As we commemorate Kyle’s life, we remember a young man who embraced those around him with warmth and steadfast loyalty. His journey, though tragically brief, was filled with moments of quiet courage and genuine connection, reflections of a soul that valued love and integrity above all.
Kyle Brandon McBrayer will be remembered with respect and affection by his family and everyone who had the privilege of crossing his path. May he rest in peace, forever held in the hearts of those who loved him.
