Listen to Obituary

Linda C. Bradshaw, née Kentner, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. Born on September 10, 1943, in Pueblo, Colorado, Linda’s life was marked by unwavering kindness, devotion to her family, and a gentle spirit that touched many.

Linda was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth E. Kentner and Loretta Mae Kentner, and cherished sister to Robert Kentner. She was preceded in death by her beloved ex-husband, David Allen Bradshaw, and also mourned the loss of Jim Parker, who held a special place in her life.

Throughout her years, Linda’s character was exemplified by her thoughtful nature and genuine warmth. Described by all who knew her as “the sweetest lady,” she cared deeply for those around her. Her intelligence, humor, patience, and wisdom were apparent to friends and family alike, and she was often sought after for her sage advice.

An accomplished homemaker who took immense pride in nurturing her family, Linda was particularly proud of her role as Nana. The joy she found in her grandchildren was boundless; her face lit up anytime she was in their presence, and her unwavering support and love will resonate within her family for generations.

Linda had a well-known passion for gardening, tending lovingly to the many plants that filled her home. Her “green thumb” was legendary, not only for the lush flora she cultivated but also for her kindness to the wildlife around her. Birds and other creatures frequently found refuge and nourishment in her care, a testament to her nurturing heart for all living things.

Beyond her hobbies and her familial devotion, Linda’s beauty—both inside and out—left a memorable impression on everyone she met. Her generosity, empathy, and thoughtful approach to life stood as a model to those fortunate enough to know her.

Linda’s legacy continues with her loving children, Kimberly (John) Deeken and Kenneth (Michele) Bradshaw, as well as her brother, Robert (Rachel)  Kentner. She is remembered fondly by her grandchildren: Jennifer (Justin) Milligan, Angie Allen, Brianna Bradshaw, Kyle (Sara) Deeken, Ryan Deeken, and Sean Deeken. Her great-grandchildren, Kaden Savage and Daisy Deeken, will learn of her warmth and kindness through the stories and memories preserved by her family.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri.
