Linda S. Hayes (Bergmeyer)

Linda S. Hayes, born March 22, 1951, passed away on August 4, 2026, leaving behind cherished memories with all who knew her.

Linda had an appreciation for the joys in life. She found great pleasure in listening to music and attending concerts. Traveling was another passion, as she loved exploring new places. Many of her happiest moments were spent at the lake with friends, surrounded by the laughter of good company and good times.  Linda was also committed to her work and contributed to the success of the companies she worked for, particularly CTS group.  

Linda is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Bill (Lynne Leary) Bergmeyer, Patty (John) Schneider, and Pam (Dan) Engelhard. She is survived by fifteen nieces and nephews who affectionately referred to her as C.A.L.: Jill (Gary) Jansen, Christine (Sam) Castiller, Steve (Faryn) Bergmeyer, Sarah Bergmeyer, Mark Bergmeyer, Michael Bergmeyer, Brian (McKenna) Engelhard, Scott Engelhard, Luke Schneider, Ryan Schneider, Adam Schneider, Connor Jansen, Elizabeth Jansen, Jacqueline Jansen, and Olivia Jansen. Linda also leaves behind valued friends, coworkers, colleagues, and countless others whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Gilmore Bergmeyer; her mother, Alma Bergmeyer; and her sister, Peggy Gabbert. While her passing brings sadness, her memory remains a source of comfort and inspiration.

Linda will be dearly missed, lovingly remembered, and always honored.
