Louis Christopher Nolfo, 77, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026, at home, surrounded by his family.
Born October 26, 1948, in St. Louis, Missouri, he was the son of Frank J. Nolfo and Cecelia C. Nolfo (née Davis). He graduated from Jennings High School and worked as a locomotive engineer.
Louis had a lifelong passion for hot rods, drag racing, and Corvettes. Whether organizing and promoting Saint Louis car clubs, drag races, and events, attending shows, or spending time in his garage, he was deeply involved in the hot rod community. He was known for his knowledge, enthusiasm, and the many friendships he built through his shared interests.
He also had a strong interest in family genealogy and took pride in preserving and sharing family history for future generations.
He is survived by his sons, Joseph Nolfo; Louis Nolfo (Dawn); and Anthony Nolfo; and his grandchildren, Dominick, Kevin, Parker, Carter, Cooper, and Sophia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sons, Frank Norman Nolfo and Andrew Charles Nolfo; and his sister, Mary Maude Irene VanNorman.
No services are scheduled at this time. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Interment at Saint Charles Memorial Gardens.
