Mark is survived by his wife, Mieko Catron; his daughter, Maya Lay, and her husband Bryan; three grandchildren—Karina, Dragon, and Mila Lay; his brother, Fredrick Catron; and a wide circle of family and friends who knew him as a dedicated, compassionate, and loving individual. He was preceded in death by his mother, Twannette Louise Catron-Christina, and his father, Dale Eugene Catron.
