Born August 12,1975 in Muscatine, Iowa and passed peacefully on June 18, 2025 in St. Louis, Missouri. Megan graduated from Fort Zumwalt North High School in 1993 and graduated from Lindenwood University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Fine Art degree. She lived in Moscow Mills. Missouri with her boyfriend Pat Burr and her 2 dogs Squeegee and Melvin. She enjoyed fishing and cooking (not necessarily in that order), taking care of her vegetable and sunflower garden, and her immense succulent collection. She had a love to go the thrifts stores to find some of the most unique items she could turn into her art. She created and painted the most realistic flower bouquets out of paper. Her creative energy never stopped.
Megan was proceeded in death by her mother Sherry V. McCrann, father Terence M. McCrann, brother Christopher S. McCrann, grandparents Charles and Margaret McCrann and Gene and Virgina Seamon. Her 2 dogs Juicebox and Bucky and 2 cats Mika and Kimi.
She is survived by her sister Erin McCrann, nieces Kelli Lee and Samantha Doherty. Her boyfriend Pat Burr, dogs Squeegee and Melvin. Many cousins and friends.
Loving, kind and caring until her last moments, Megan gave back in the way she was gifted a liver many years ago, she became a tissue donor and gave the gift of sight.
We are having a celebration of Megan on August 3rd 2025 with details to be posted. Burial at Cave Springs Memorial Gardens Memory Walk on August 4th at 10:00 am.
