Patricia Ann Robinson, lovingly known as Patty and as Gigi to her great-grandchildren, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 23, 2026, in O’Fallon, Missouri. She was born on February 14, 1940, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and will be remembered as a spunky, loving woman whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and energy to those around her.
Patty was truly the life of the party. She had a spirited nature, a strong will, and a way of making every gathering brighter simply by being there. At times she was set in her ways, a quality those who loved her came to know as part of her unmistakable charm. She enjoyed thrifting, playing poker, and, above all else, spending time with her family. The moments she shared with the people she loved most were the ones she treasured deeply.
Her proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren, who remained at the center of her heart throughout her life. Patty’s love for her family was constant and generous, and she took great joy in watching it grow across the generations. She is survived by her loving children, Shannon Koskela and her husband Steve, David Elliott and his wife Anita, and Michael Elliott and his wife Jennifer. She also leaves behind her grandsons, Steven Koskela and his wife Jennifer, Matthew Koskela and his wife Brittny, Shane Elliott, and Drake Elliott. Her memory will also be cherished by her great-grandchildren, Raegen, Reese, Raney, August, and Walter, each of whom knew the special love of their Gigi. She is also survived by her niece, Melody Selke and her husband Mark.
She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, Richard Elliott and James Robinson; by her brother, Samuel Lewis; and by her parents, Houston and Katie Lewis.
Patty leaves behind a family shaped by her love, her strength, and her unforgettable spirit. She will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and lovingly carried in the hearts of all who knew her.
