February 12, 1954 — March 22, 2025

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Kachulis, who left this world on March 22, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on February 12, 1954, Paul was a devoted husband, father, and friend, whose impact on those around him will not be forgotten.

Paul's life was deeply enriched by his love for travel, which he passionately shared with his wife, Peggy. Together they created cherished memories as they explored new places and cultures. Paul also had a keen interest in classic cars, a hobby that reflected not only his appreciation for craftsmanship but also his enjoyment of the thrill of the open road.

Professionally, Paul dedicated himself to the field of finance, working as an accountant with a passion for numbers and a commitment to excellence. His professional life, however, was complemented by his strong dedication to social justice and the environment. Paul believed in giving back to the community, volunteering his time and skills at Peace United Church of Christ, where he helped with maintenance and finance, embodying the spirit of service.

No matter where he was, Paul had a remarkable ability to connect with others. He was actively involved in various community events with his wife Peggy including First Night, the Festival of Nations, St. Louis Circus Flora, and the Webster Groves Art Fair. These activities were close to his heart, enabling him to give back to a community that he cherished deeply.

Additionally, Paul was a loving family man, dedicating his life to spending quality time with his family. He is survived by his two daughters, Christina Kachulis and Andrea Kachulis, his brother, Philip Kachulis, and a host of other family members and friends who will remember him for his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support.

Paul is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Peggy Kachulis, his father, William Kachulis, his mother, Gloria Kachulis, and his brother, Peter Kachulis. The legacy of Paul Kachulis lives on through the lives he touched, leaving behind a world that is better for having known him. His journey may have come to an end, but the fond memories shared with him will continue to resonate in the hearts of his loved ones.
