Phillip Wade Herbert, age 64, of Dittmer, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021 in Crystal City, Missouri. He was born in Springfield, Missouri on August 18, 1956 to John and Freddie Herbert (nee Miles).
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Melisa Pruett , son Jon Herbert; grandson, Maxwell D Pruett and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Freddie L Miller and John Wilford Herbert, Jr.
