Raymond John Mueller IV, affectionately known as RJ, passed away on May 2, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri. Born on July 18, 1985, in St. Louis, RJ lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and an unwavering love for his family.
A graduate of the Francis Howell High School class of 2004, RJ was a man who combined practical skills with a generous spirit. Throughout his working life, he was employed at Mueller Tool and Die and took on various other jobs, demonstrating his versatility and work ethic. RJ’s keen interest in technology and his talent for tinkering made him a problem solver who could fix anything he set his mind to. His enthusiasm for boats, the water, and playful Nerf gun battles reflected a vibrant personality that embraced fun and the simple joys of life.
Those who knew RJ remember him for his enormous heart and his ability to love deeply. His humor and warmth left a lasting impression on all he encountered. Above all, RJ took immense pride in being a father to his two children, a role he cherished above any other accomplishment.
Raymond is survived by his beloved son, Raymond John Mueller, V; daughter, Laken Mueller; his devoted mother, Marjorie Mueller; sister, Jennifer Barnaby and her husband, Mike; and his loving grandmother, Sharon Mueller. He also leaves behind three nieces: Anissa Barnaby, Kennedy Barnaby, and Aaliyah Barnaby, as well as numerous other family members and friends who mourn his loss and celebrate his memory.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond John Mueller, III, and his grandfather, Raymond John Mueller, II.
A visitation to honor RJ’s life will be held on May 13, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri, located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive.
Raymond John Mueller IV’s legacy is one of love, generosity, and skill. He will be remembered as a man who gave freely, loved fiercely, and faced life with humor and determination. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
