Rob A. Reichmuth, born on March 30, 1953, was baptized into the hope of Christ’s Resurrection on August 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication. He built a fulfilling career as a mechanic for the Saint Louis County Government, where he was known for his skill and dedication to his work. Rob attended Jennings High School and graduated from North County Technical School, laying a foundational knowledge that benefited him throughout his life.
Rob was deeply cherished by his wife, Linda Reichmuth, who was the love of his life. Their bond was exceptional, with Linda caring for him until his final moments. Together, they created a rich tapestry of memories. Rob and Linda honeymooned at Tara Point in Grafton, Illinois. These trips became a treasured tradition each fall, embodying the love and joy they shared. Family vacations to Osage Beach at Lake of the Ozarks were also fondly remembered, filled with laughter and lasting memories.
Outside of his work and family life, Rob was an avid collector and found peace working outdoors, especially in his garden where he took pride in tending to tomatoes and roses. He had an innate appreciation for nature and enjoyed moments spent near the water. Prior to marriage Rob built a cabin at Table Rock Lake where he enjoyed boating and fishing with his dad and friends.
Rob is lovingly remembered by his surviving family, including his wife Linda; siblings, Charles P. (Kathleen) Reichmuth Jr., Tina Georgianna and Timothy Tonelli; sisters-in-law Lola Reichmuth, Cheryl Rodermund, Beverly (Dana) Farran, and Mary Morrison; nephew Kevin (Malinda) Rodermund; nieces Trisha (Derek) Onkle and Katy (Robert) Klick; great-nieces and great-nephews Ty, Jax, Reed, Chaz MacCoy, Ryann Lynn, and Alice; as well as cousins Peggy (Steve) Powers, Cindy (Randy) Jorel, and Jan Connelly, along with many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jane Tonelli; father, Charles Peter Reichmuth; brother, Dennis C. Reichmuth; and brothers-in-law, Gary Morrison and Robert Rodermund.
A visitation service will be held on August 13, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a Mass at 12:30 pm at All Saints Catholic Cemetery located at 7 McMenamy Road, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in Rob's name to All Saints Catholic Church - Saint Vincent DePaul Society.
Rob A. Reichmuth will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family, his passion for the outdoors, and the joy he spread to those around him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
