Geneva Guilliams, 97, of St. Charles, MO, went home to be with Jesus on June 11, 2025. She was born Ruby Geneva Malone on March 10, 1928, to Rufus and Clara Malone in Cornersville, TN.
After high school graduation Geneva moved to St Louis, MO, at the invitation of her uncle Cecil Malone, where she met and then married the love of her life, Charles Oliver Guilliams, on September 1, 1951. They were married for 52 years before he passed away in 2003.
Geneva and Charles raised 5 children and were active members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery for over 40 years and cooked the meals for Wednesday night dinners and youth choir trips for many years. She also loved cooking, sewing, and traveling to visit family and friends across the United States.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles, her parents, 6 siblings, and grandson, Lucas Lemay. She leaves behind daughters Pamela Walls (Stan) Karen Lemay (Eric), and sons, Charles Jr. (Brenda), William (Jan) and Edward Guilliams, 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and sister Daisy Hamlin (Ron).
Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm. A memorial service will follow at 1:30 pm all at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Drive in St. Peters, MO. Graveside service will follow at Valhalla Cemetery on in St Louis, MO.
