Sharon Marie Puckett, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, in Chesterfield, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 15, 1953, in St. Louis, Missouri, Sharon's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, laughter, and resilience.

A remarkable woman, Sharon was known for her strength and unwavering spirit, especially in battling her illness. Her love for her family was profound — she fought each day not only for herself but with the unwavering determination to provide for her loved ones. Those who knew her will forever remember her fighting spirit, alongside her warm heart and contagious smile.

Sharon delighted in the art of cooking and baking, often bringing the family together around the table. Family gatherings were filled with laughter, warmth, and the irresistible aroma of her delicious baked goods. Her passion for canning fruits and vegetables brought joy and satisfaction as she crafted homemade treasures for her family to savor, evoking cherished moments spent on the farm making homemade butter and jam. Her daughters fondly recall the afternoons spent picking cherries for the mouthwatering jam, often indulging in more cherries than they could manage to bring home. Not only will her family miss fighting over her canned pickles, they will miss hanging out enjoying her homemade potato salad and deviled eggs.

Her personality shone brightly through her kindness, humor, and bravery. With an infectious laugh and smile that could light up any room and a compassion for others that knew no bounds, Sharon had a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome and cherished. She was hardworking and loyal, a pillar of strength for her family, embodying the true essence of love. Her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ guided her love for everyone who came into her life.

Sharon was proud of her marriage to her devoted husband, Donald Puckett, which spanned 54 beautiful years. She also took immense pride in her daughters, Tabitha (Craig) Reinhardt and Samantha (Wayne) Honkey, who brought her endless joy as well as her cherished grandchildren, Jordan (Mallori) Reinhardt, Dylan Puckett, Savanna (Simon) Marshak, Tyler Reinhardt, and Cheyenne (fiancé Jack McPherson) Leahr. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren, Carter Puckett and Aurora Puckett, who will carry forward her love and lessons learned.

In addition to her immediate family, Sharon was blessed with close relationships with her sisters, Margie (Bob) Laurent and Michelle (Michel Bedard) Haggard, and her brother, Tony Gierer. Together, they created a bond that endured life's trials and triumphs.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Francis "Frank" Gierer and Shirley Moore, who instilled in her the values she would impart to her family.

As we remember Sharon Marie Puckett, we honor the loving memories and the indelible mark she left on all our hearts. She will be sorely missed, but her spirit will remain alive in the laughter of family gatherings, the taste of her lovingly prepared meals, and the joyous songs she shared with those she loved most.
