Sharon Lee Rowland, a beloved long-time medical assistant, departed this world on March 10, 2026, in Saint Charles, Missouri, at the age of 76. Born on July 23, 1949, in St. Louis, Missouri, Sharon lived a life rich in love, laughter, and cherished memories, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Sharon was a vibrant spirit, deeply passionate about family and the joys of life. Her heart illuminated with ardor for baseball, often reveling in the games as she cheered from the stands. She found immeasurable joy in attending her granddaughters' softball games and never missed an opportunity to support her grandchildren in their soccer endeavors. In the past year, nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her great-grandson, Ryder, whose playful nature and innocent curiosity gave her strength and purpose during the later chapters of her life.

As a lover of old movies, especially Westerns, Sharon had a formidable collection of films that she enjoyed sharing with friends and family alike. Her zest for trivia shone brightly during phone calls with her brother, Brian Hennefeld, where their friendly competitions brought joyful moments and cherished laughter into their lives. Sharon thrived in the company of others, known for her warmth and her remarkable gift for conversation. She loved being around people and often found herself the heart of gatherings, effortlessly drawing others in with her engaging spirit.

Sharon's legacy is carried on by her loving family. She is survived by her son, Dennis (Heather) Rowland; her grandchildren, Cody (Maggie) Frazier, Cheyenne (Scott) Himes, Kaylee (Anthony) Smith, and Brianna Rowland; and her great-grandchild, Ryder Smith, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Each one of them holds a special place in their hearts for the memories created with her—memories that will be treasured for generations to come.

Sharon joins in eternal rest her beloved husband, Francis "Dennis" Rowland; her daughter, Robyn Frazier; her sister, Claudia Crocker; and her parents, Margaret and Clarence Hennefeld. Together, they have been reunited, and in this, we find comfort amidst the sorrow.

As we bid farewell to Sharon, we celebrate a remarkable woman whose life radiated love, humor, and resilience. Her spirit will continue to inspire all those she has touched, reminding us to cherish every moment, to revel in the company of loved ones, and to hold dear the bonds that time cannot sever. May her legacy of kindness and joy live on in our hearts.
