Tammi Fogarty

Tammi Fogarty, a beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025, in Saint Peters, Missouri, at the age of 57. Born on September 1, 1967, in Creve Coeur, Missouri, Tammi brought warmth and joy into the lives of all who knew her, living each day with a heart full of love and a spirit that shone brightly.

Tammi had an unwavering fondness for animals, especially her cherished cat, Chloe. Her love extended to her brother and sister-in-law’s dog, showcasing her nurturing nature and affection for all creatures. She found immense joy in spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of nature and its many wonders—a reflection of her vibrant and engaging personality. Those who had the privilege of knowing Tammi often remarked on her strength and resilience; she had an incredible ability to remain positive and not let life’s challenges weigh her down.

She shared a special bond with her family, which included her brother James Fogarty and sister Shari Furjes, alongside many other loving relatives and friends who adored her deeply. Tammi was known for finding distinctive ways to express her love, often dedicating her time and energy to providing support and kindness to those around her.

Tammi was also a dedicated member of her church community, drawing strength from her faith and fellowship. Her church gatherings were not simply events but sacred moments filled with love and connection, a testament to her belief in the importance of family and friendship.

Preceded in death by her parents, James C. Fogarty and Joann Fogarty, her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her surviving family members and friends, who will honor her legacy of love, strength, and compassion.

A memorial gathering will be held on June 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Saint Charles United Methodist Church, located at 801 1st Capitol Drive, Saint Charles, Missouri. This gathering will be a time for all who knew and loved Tammi to come together, share memories, and celebrate the beautiful spirit that she was.

Tammi Fogarty will be dearly missed but never forgotten, as her gentle spirit continues to live on in the laughter, love, and cherished memories of those she left behind.
