William Francis Kelley Jr.

William Francis Kelley, who departed this life on July 13, 2026, at the age of 51. Born on March 29, 1975, William was a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was known for his warm and giving heart, always ready to lend his support to anyone in need. His devotion to his loved ones was unwavering, and he truly cherished the company of his family.

William was preceded in death by his father, William Francis Kelley, Sr., his second father, Phillip Duba; and his brother, Kevin Kelley. Though their absence left a profound mark on his heart, William continued to honor their memory through his kindness, compassion, and steadfast presence within the family.

He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Charlotte Duba; his siblings, Fred Jack Setser, Dorothy Hill, Scott (Toni) Setser, Edward Duba, and Colleen (Shayne) Ferrier. William’s memory will also be carried on by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and treasured friends.
